Fun, outgoing family by the harbour

Beautiful 5 bedroom 2 bathroom federation house in one of the best streets in Mosman. Modern and tastefully furnished. Walking distance to Mosman Ferry which takes you straight to the CBD in 20 min while you enjoy a lovely harbour ride. There is also a bus at the door. The area we live in is close to swimming pools, Harbour walks, beaches, Orpheum Cinema, shops, bars and restaurants. We are a young married couple (32 and 43) :-) Sylva and Michael and are looking for a preferably female tenant. We prefer someone who is non smoker and who loves dogs as we have one very affectionate hairy child called Diesel. We are both professionals working full time and enjoying beach, seeing friends and relaxing on the weekend. We have a 14 year old son Blake who loves sports and is very funny.
