Friendly host very homely

I live in a large family home at Kings Park. I have a cat and a dog both live outside. My home is a 15 minute walk to the train station. I have a pool and deck area with B.B.Q and nice gardens. I have a large kitchen dining area. Formal lounge with fire place great reading room. My house is brick with ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans. Guests would share the main bathroom , owner has ensuite. Close to large shopping centre with cinemas, gym library and good selection of cafes and restaurants. I will make you very welcome into my home. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Queen bed) with Ensuite bathroom This room is large with queen size bed for 1 person or for a couple. Built in wardrobe and a view of the garden. Capacity: 2 Rates: 1260.00 Weekly / 4485.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Double bed) with Ensuite bathroom This is large double room for 1 person or for a couple. It has a view of the garden. Capacity: 2 Rates: 595.00 Weekly / 2250.00 Monthly House Rules: Please keep my home secure by locking up when leaving the house. Please look after my house as if it were your own. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. Keep noise to a minimum after 10.30pm Please do not invite strangers into my home without asking first. If you would like to invite a friend please discuss it with me first. Additional Info: I am very close to the new Wet N Wild and drive in Cinema.
