English teacher family in Sydney

We live in Oatley in Sydney . A very safe , upperclass , family orientated suburb that is 25 mins by train to the city of Sydney . We are 8 mins walk to the train station . We have a huge 3 storey home with a swimming pool . My husband is Alfred . He is a very loving father of two boys Kurtis 16 and Jordan 13 . Both boys go to private school . They are very well behaved children and do a lot of sport . We have a puppy Hudson but he stays outside . We are a smoke free home . We have two single rooms available and a twin share . We can have up to 4 students / people at any one time . I'm jodie a English teacher and work near the city and teach school aged children . Internet available . Room(s): 1. Very cool room Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: No smoking . Must keep room clean . Can use kitchen but clean up after self. Can use laundry . Must keep noise low as children studying . Please treat our house as you would your own . Please lock house when leaving .
