Our home is located in the suburb of North Bondi. A stroll to the world-famous Bondi Beach! 2 minutes from buses, cafes, bars, restaurants and much more! The area is safe and quiet. A 2 minute walk to the 379 bus route which will take you 10-15mins directly to Bondi Junction - a major shopping destination with everything from trendy cafes and restaurants to major high-end and high-street fashion boutiques, specialty shops, movies and supermarkets. Bondi Junction is the hub for buses and trains to the City or wherever you need to get to! The house is very comfortable, spacious and secure with a warm family-friendly feel. Relax in the large lounge area or enjoy some sun in the front or back yard/garden. I am a mum with a teenage daughter and I have a female overseas uni student living with me for 2.5 years. We are all very respectful and considerate of each other. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 4) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1543.00 Monthly House Rules: Must keep room/house clean and tidy. Keep noise to a minimum as daughter and student study. Only homestay guests allowed in house. As most meals are provided, the use of the stove, oven, griller are not permitted - use of microwave is permitted :-) and bringing own food into the house is also permitted. No food or drink to be kept in rooms - kitchen/dining area only No pork, bacon, devon, seafood inside the house - only tuna or salmon acceptable - everything else acceptable :-) Cancellation policy applies. Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking total in advance of the booking to hold the room (ontop of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com) Please be advised that an ID copy will be requested to provide after the booking is confirmed including employer contact details/Uni or college registration details for a quick reference check.
