Fully furnished room right next to campus

Hi future roomie. My name is Em and my roommate is moving to Canberra so looking to fill his place. About the place: 2 bed 2 bath ground floor apartment with a courtyard. The apartment is fully furnished (including your bedroom) and has aircon and ceiling fans. All bills (internet, power, cleaning, and water) are included in the rent. The complex has a pool, plenty of parking and is right next to campus, with a bus stop right outside and ferry about 10 minute walk. About me: I’m a busy worker bee, working mostly from home. I’m friendly, respectful, neat, and have excellent baking and cooking skills (fully equipped kitchen alert). I’m someone who likes their own space but also up for a family dinner, drinks or a Netflix binge. It hurts me to say this but unfortunately no pets are allowed.
