(not via this platform) Next to shared bathroom with all standard amenities, hairdryer etc. Capacity: 1 Rates: 290.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Quiet Hours Keep noise down between 10 PM and 7 AM – thin walls mean sound travels easily. No loud music or parties at any time (this is a residential building). 2. Guests & Visitors Let us know in advance if you’re planning to have a friend over. Overnight guests are not permitted. 3. Cleaning & Tidying Clean up after yourself in the kitchen – wash your dishes, wipe down benches, and take out the rubbish when it’s full. Keep shared spaces (lounge, bathroom, hallway) tidy. Your room is your space, but a quick weekly vacuum is appreciated. 4. Laundry Washing machine use is fine, but please limit to one load per day and avoid peak electricity times (evenings) where possible. There is no dryer at the apartment but laundermat nearby. Hang clothes on the provided drying rack – no wet laundry on furniture or heaters. 5. Kitchen & Food You’re welcome to use the kitchen, but please label your own food in the fridge. Clean the stovetop and microwave immediately after use. No strong-smelling cooking (e.g., deep frying) without opening windows. 6. Utilities & Energy Turn off lights, air-con, and heaters when you leave the room. Don’t leave windows open with heating/cooling running. 7. Security Always lock the apartment door behind you when leaving. Don’t buzz strangers into the building – if someone’s visiting, they should call you directly. 8. Smoking & Alcohol Strictly no smoking inside the apartment, balcony is ok. Legal drinking is fine, but excessive drunkenness or disruptive behaviour isn’t. 9. Respect for Neighbours This is a quiet apartment block – avoid slamming doors, stomping, or loud conversations in hallways. Be mindful of shared bins and recycling – ask if you're unsure what goes where. 10. Check-in / Check-out Let us know your expected arrival and departure times.
