Hi! Bert, German/Australian and Xiao Ping, Chinese/Australian offer rooms for international students. We have a total of three rooms available for visitors. We built our big house 6 years ago. It is centrally located between Beach/Glenelg and the city of Adelaide, just a few steps to the bus and tram. Xiao Ping is a cook and I am a therapist. A healthy lifestyle, nutrition and nature are important to us. The price of $350/week includes all costs plus breakfast and dinner Monday-Friday, and 3 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) Saturday and Sunday. A 4 Weeks Bond is payable on Arrival! Room(s): 1. Single Room (room) with Shared bathroom The room is facing north and measures 3.15 meters x 4.65 meters! Large built-in wardrobes and wooden floor (spotted gum). Double bed with new mattress, desk and desk lamp and bedside lamp available. Air conditioner. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly House Rules: We are very concerned about cleanliness, respect and politeness. The price includes breakfast and dinner Monday - Friday and 3 meals (breakfast, lunch + dinner) Saturday and Sunday. Also WiFi / broadband and washing machine use. No smoking or drugs. A bicycle (mountain bike/ladies) is available. No visitors without our permission. A bond of 4 weeks rent is payable on arrival and will be returned to the student when departing!
