Quiet Spacious Home

We are a family of three . I have two young children aged 12 and 9 . We aren’t home much , but we do enjoy our quiet time . The home is clean and quite spacious , with your own personal bathroom . We are situated in a quiet suburb , which is a one minute walk to the train station and bus stop . We are close to a major shopping centre Westfield . Ideally this room would suit a student or retiree . Unfortunately we could not accept any pets . Room(s): 1.
