We are husband and wife ,iam retired and my wife is still working,we have been doing homestay for bond students for a number of years so we have blue cards and a pool cert the room 2 has tv,, 2 single beds and a fan and desk and room 3 which is larger has a queen bed ,tv,couch ,ceiling ,tea/coffee making facilities and bar fridge Room(s): 1. Double Room (Bed 3) with Private bathroom This room has tv ,bar fridge,ceiling fan and own entrance Capacity: 2 Rates: 370.00 Weekly / Monthly 2. Twin Room (Bed 2 twin rooms) with Private bathroom This is actually 2 rooms with sliding door between and a single bed in each. walk in robe ,door to outside and 2 ceiling fan and price is per person.we can swap 2 singles to 1 queen if needed Capacity: 2 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Shower no longer than 5 mins,washing done every other day,no food in bedrooms. No smoking inside Amenities: TV, Patio, Barbecue, Internet Access, Smoke Alarm, Laundry, Garden, Swimming Pool, Parking Local Amenities: Swimming, Library, Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Hospital, Park, Golf, Bowling, Cinema, Restaurant, Local Train Station
