We're a young family of 4 (dad 39, mum 35, two boys 3 and 9) in a house of 6 bedrooms + 5 ensuites (260sqm internal, 1100sqm external size) looking to host a young female (Mandarin/English speaking preferred) student offering 1 large room + own bathroom/shower. Our 3yo boy goes to pre-school 4 days/wk, we wish to arrange the Homestay to assist with evening babysitting and some general housework, compensated. We welcome you to our beautiful family. Thank you. Room(s): 1. Single Room (North facing Ensuite bedroom) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1600.00 Monthly House Rules: We prefer university/college student applicants only. We're to treat you as the older sister to our 2 boys and the parental general rules will apply. We will respect your personal life however we prefer no guests unless pre-agreed. We offer you to assist with general housework assistance and some evening babysitting and property compensate you accordingly. Details to be discussed.
