Private room available to rent .Shared bathroom with one other person . Family house with husband and wife . Both work full time with 18 year old Sn attending university and works .we are a quite and clean family with good morals and ethics. Our house is not a party house , so we will be looking for someone that will respect this , we are friendly and welcome good communication and conversation . We are a friendly and open family, we are fine with your friends to stay the night as long as we know who is our home each night for safety reasons
