Hi! We have a 4 bedroom home in a nice quiet area, surrounded by beautiful parks and a basketball court. The bus stop is a 5min walk from home and we have free acess to local gym, tennis court and swimming pool. The CBD is a 30min drive from home or if you use public transport, we have express trains that run from the nearest station into the city every 10mins. My husband and I have 2 little girls 4yrs and 2yrs - they are at that cute cheeky age. We love our food, my husband is a good cook so you will be in good hands. Lol Meals aren't included in the price but you are more than welcome to join us for dinner. We enjoy exploring Melbourne and trying new things. We also enjoy our privacy and will respect yours. We are very easy going people, neat and tidy and are very excited to meet you and share our home with you. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking, no drinking. No parties or visitors allowed over. No loud noise between 9pm-9am. Rent to always be paid on time and in advance.
