I only accept bookings for a minimum of 2 nights and maximum of 4 nights for Wednesday,Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. As a Hostess I would like to welcome people from all parts of Australia and the World to enjoy our lovely home including air conditioning in the bedrooms and throughout our home. We are close to the Gold Coast Theme Parks, the Train Station that joins with the G:link that runs down to the coast past the Gold Coast Hospital, Southport, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach Mall and on to Pacific Fair shopping complex. We are also close to the M1 that takes you to Brisbane and train to Brisbane Airport and south to the Gold Coast Airport by road. My husband works but is often home and we love to help people with places to visit so that their stay with us is as enjoyable as we can help to make it. Our pool which is 3 mtrs wide by 10 mtrs long is heated and always ready for guests to have a swim. The Media room has Fox Television and a lounge to relax on for Guests to use. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room 1 has a Queen Size Bed) with Shared bathroom RATE/NIGHT There's a minimum stay of 2 nights/booking with a maximum of 4 nights. This is a double room for a couple or 1 person. There is a comfortable queen bed & side tables with night lights. It has a fan, and is air-conditioned. Large walk-in robe. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / Monthly 2. Single Room (Room 2 - Single King Bed) with Shared bathroom MINIMUM 2 NIGHTS STAY AND MAXIMUM 4 NIGHTS This room is north facing and is lovely & warm in the cooler months. It has a large walk-in robe with a full length mirror. A bedside table with a lamp and a desk and chair. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: No smoking No noise after 12 midnight Keep front door closed and locked No guests other than those who are booked to stay Absolutely no skinny dipping Minimum 2 nights stay No longer than 4 night stays Local Amenities: Tennis, Gym, Swimming, Shopping Centre, Horse Stables, Fishing, Local Bus Stop, Park, Golf, Bowling, Cinema, Amusement Park, Water Sports, Restaurant, Local Train Station
