I live in a 8 bedroom house which located on a large block of land (over 9000 square meters) in the quiet suburb of Beckenham, which is 7.5 miles (12km) southeast from Perth CBD (only 15 mins by train). I have outdoor animals in the large backyard (dog and sheep). Guests are welcome to use the tennis court in the backyard. There is one large shopping mall (Westfield Carousel Shopping Centre) 2.5km from the house with over 300 shops, supermarkets, cinema, IMAX, restaurant and pub under one roof. The house has 1 single room, 2 double size bedrooms, & 5 queen size bedrooms with 2 bathroom, 2 toilet, 2 kitchen, 2 dining area and 2 TV lounge. You can park the car in the front of the property which can easily accommodate 10 cars. It's an International house as all my guests come from overseas and eastern states of Australia who come to work, live and travel in Western Australia. Some of the guests have stayed over 5 years, there are also coming back guests as well, so you will meet interesting people from different countries. Sometime, we have house meal & drink together. The house is not far from everything, The suburb is very quiet and safe, most of the local residents have been living here for over 30 years. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Extra large queen room air con WiFi) with Shared bathroom The fully furnished extra large queen size room is for 1 person or for a couple. It has comfortable queen size bed with bed side tables, air conditioner, IKEA wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk & chair. Capacity: 2 Rates: 360.00 Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly 4. Triple Room (Large queen room air con WiFi & more) with Shared bathroom The large queen is for 1 person or a couple. Extra bed can be put in on request. The room has queen bed, bed side tables, air conditioner, desk, chair, book case, built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space and unlimited WiFi Capacity: 3 Rates: Weekly / Monthly 5. Double Room (Standard double room air con WiFi) with Shared bathroom The standard double room is for 1 person or a couple. The room has double bed, bed side table, air conditioner, book case, desk, chair, IKEA wardrobe, unlimited ADSL 2+ WiFi Capacity: 2 Rates: 340.00 Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly 6. Double Room (Peaceful queen room by creek air con WiFi & more) with Shared bathroom This room is a peaceful large queen bedroom for 1 person or for a couple. It's by Yule Brook that you can hear the running water sound from the Brook when the window is open. Capacity: 2 Rates: 360.00 Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly 7. Double Room (Comfy db room by creek air con WiFi & more) with Shared bathroom This room is a double room by the creek for 1 person or for a couple, you can hear the running river sound from your bedroom when the window is open. Capacity: 2 Rates: 340.00 Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly House Rules: Please keep our home secure and lock the front door when entering and leaving the house Feel free to use the kitchen & the common area but please clean up after! Please do not smoke inside the house or in the front or back yard Additional Info: Complimentary tea/coffee in the kitchen, all necessities provided (linen, towel, washing liquid, hand soap, washing powder for the laundry, toilet paper & etc. Please feel free to ask if you need anything extra or special which is not listed here. In general, guests shop for their grocery and cook meal in the fully equipped kitchen.
