About Us: We are a young friendly couple with 2 super friendly dogs (German Shepherd and Labrador cross both professionally trained) and 1 supper cuddly cat. Marcelo is Brazilian and works at the hospital, he speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English and some parts of many other languages. Danielle is Australian and works full time as an Accountant. We have hosted many students and adults alike (many times) and absolutely love experiencing new cultures and food and would love to welcome you into our private paradise. As locals we are more than happy to give you the best places, tips and recommendation for restaurants, what to do when you visit Perth, to give you the absolute best time while you are here!! Intro: Our house backs onto a beautiful private lake abundant with fish, ducks and birds in a safe and quiet street surrounded by a friendly neighbourhood. There is a bus stop 4 minutes walking from our house which takes you directly to the city centre (and other locations) in approximately 30 minutes. We are located not far from The Swan Valley where you can taste and visit some of the best wineries in Australia, our home is also close to shops, parks, restaurants and pubs. We also have 3 bikes at your disposal for easy access to explore Perth and the Swan Valley to taste some of those great local wines! About the House: The house is a large 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home secured by 4K High Definition CCTV Cameras. Included in the house is: A Library where you can have access to hundreds of varieties of books at your complete disposal to read while staying with us. A large kitchen in case you want to cook and eat at home, with a marvellous breakfast nook, dining and lounge overlooking the lake. Throughout the house there is heating and air-conditioning. A small gym is also available if you wish to workout. The room is located in the East-Wing of the house where the entire Wing would be for your own private access. The bathroom has both shower and a bath (and it may or may not be shared, depends on the occasion of a second tenant renting the other East-Wing room). Fishing is allowed in the lake Laundry facilities are available in the house About the Room: The room is large and secure. It includes a desk, bookshelf, wardrobe, double bed, kettle, tea and coffee facilities. On request, a mini-fridge can be added inside the room without any extra cost. Internet and Netflix is included in the room with access to the Fastest Australian NBN internet. Nice and aromatic candles are included for romantic nights inside the room. There is a bus stop 4 minutes walking from our house which takes you directly to the city centre (and other locations) in approximately 30 minutes. Extra Information: Public Parks are less than 5 minutes walking distance! Markets under than 10 minutes walking distance! The Lake takes approximately 30 minutes to walk around and is a marvellous walk, you will come across many ducks, birds, fishes. The most beautiful beaches (Scarborough, Hillarys, Trigg Beach and others) around 20 minutes away ? 10 km away Swan Valley and Wineries under 20 minutes away ? 10 km If you enjoy shopping we are close to many Shopping Malls to choose from ? 5-20 minutes away (By Car) Italian Restaurants, pizza and great pubs!
