Its myself Lady and 22 yr old son and sometimes his girlfriend stays over . Its a smaller sized room with drawers, single bed and clothes hanger. Clean bathroom and toilet .Washing machine , and iron. parking is available and nice area to sit out the back or out the front and view the flowers out front. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room ) with Ensuite bathroom This room is for a 1 person. Has with a nice view of back garden. Capacity: 1 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / 800.00 Monthly House Rules: No noise after 10.00 pm as that's usually bedtime. Smoke outside and use ashtrays provided. Any problems come and talk to me the host.
