We have a large 4 bedroom home. We have no kids or pets. We are travelers and enjoy company but are easy going if you enjoy our own company too. We are 10 minutes by car to the beach, 5 minutes walk to large shopping mall, we are close to food markets, outdoor cinema's, and a gym. Fantastic public transport here and bus and train only a few minutes from our house. Perth has plenty of events happening especially in Summer. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Blue Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 980.00 Monthly House Rules: Please do not cook or keep food in your room. Snacks ok. Do not leave any wet clothing or towels in the room. When in your room, toilet or bathroom please keep the door closed. Please knock on shared use areas on doors that are not locked. We don't mind if you are playing music or chatting online with friends, please respect others especially late at night. We have unlimited broadband please ask us for connection details. Please keep the room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet area's tidy after use.
