It's less than a minute stroll from our local shop(IGA,hairdresser,fruit&veg store,liquorland,newsagency,post box). Opposite the shops is a fuel station,medical centre and has even a handy auto mechanic garage. For those who want variety shops it is a 5mins drive to Joondalup Shopping Centre which is open 7days. Our home is close to public transport. The bus stop is next to our local shops and routes to take 466 465. It's basically a 2min drive to Edgewater train station otherwise a 10min walk or so. Those who enjoy their fitness, we have a treadmill, bench press and ab toner. Otherwise there is Lake Joondalup 5mins away to walk/run around. You may even see a group of kangaroos passing by on your track. It is a 5min drive to Joondalup ECU/ TAFE or Joondalup Shopping centre.By train it would take 3mins and by bus 9mins. To the City it is about 20mins by train. For the Summer time beach goers, the nearest beach is Mullaloo (13mins by car). We are a friendly couple with a family, so we are looking for someone who is mature,easy going,clean and neat. Must be trustworthy to have in our home, also tolerant and good with kids. We also own pets, a cat and a small dog. On some weekends we can show you around Perth and social with our mates.
