Clean and quiet environment

I live with my wife in a quiet northern suburb of Perth. There is a large 10.5m salt water swimming pool. There is also free wifi internet available. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Pool View) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 480.00 Weekly / 1700.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Pool View smaller window) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 480.00 Weekly / 1700.00 Monthly 3. Double Room (Single room with double bed ) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 480.00 Weekly / 1700.00 Monthly House Rules: Update: Despite what I’ve written here my most recent booking did not follow any of the house rules. Namely he left on his last day without putting away not a single teaspoon!! Pots, pans, plates, side plates, bowls, containers, colanders, mugs, glasses, sieves, knives, forks, spoons you name it he left it on the draining board. Too lazy to put any of it back where he took it out from and just walked out the house without battering an eyelid. He just left it all to be properly cleaned and put away by his “servants”. If this wasn’t enough he made lots of noise from his room at all hours of the morning i.e. 3am screaming aloud at whoever it was he was communicating with. Having no regard for another guest who was trying to sleep in an adjoining room. After his departure his room was left in a disgusting state along with an awful stench which 3 days on we are still trying to get rid of!! The house is very clean and tidy and needs to be kept that way. You have the use of your own kitchen so it’s your responsibility to clean up after yourself. Please leave the kitchen the way you found it and not in a mess. My last guest decided to throw away some plates, bowls and cutlery he used because he was too lazy to wash them up!! I only discovered them in the outside bin after he checked out. I honestly can’t believe someone would do such a thing just to avoid 5 minutes of washing up. Your footwear is to be left on the kitchen tiles at the door to keep the carpets clean. A quiet house so please keep noise to a minimum especially after mid-night. Non Smokers/vapers ONLY so no smoking in or outside the house. Unfortunately, after my last guest did not respect my request for no smoking and even went as far as smoking in the pool I will immediately ask a guest to leave if I find them smoking in or outside my house. So please only book a room if you are a NON-SMOKER. If I smell smoke from your person I will ask you to leave on the spot. Last of all, again after my last guest, please pay attention to your personal hygiene. It has taken me a whole week to get rid of his unbearable body odour from my house. It was absolutely vile !! An animal takes better care of themselves. Additional Info: Nearest beach is Hillarys which is a 15 minute drive. Local Amenities: Gym, Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Park, Golf
