It is 2 min. walk to bus stop, 20 min by bus to the centre of Perth. The location is central and accessible for cars too. The house has a bath, a shower and a separate toilet, to share between a maximum of three female persons (incl me) and the house has all you would expect to find in an Australian villa. I am an elegant, well-traveled kind lady with a sense of humour; Many students/ professionals have enjoyed their stay at my house for a period of more than 14 years now.
