Room at front of the house.

A single room in the Harmony Estate (Exactly 5 Ks form Uni Stadium), fully furnished with double bed, portable aircon, ceiling fan, heaps of wardrobe space and all at the front of the house so you can come and go without disturbing the others in the house. Bbq area out the back and shared living area. Myself and my 13 year old son live here with our small dog and cat. I’m a full time musician so a musically inclined person would love the place as we have a studio for recording, I also enjoy Climbing, surfing and running. You're welcome to use my Netflix account and it is a smart home so no need to ever touch a light switch, I'm sure that's very covid safe. I provide Tea or coffee and basic breakfast and lunch.
