Sunny bedroom in a welcoming home!

Two bedrooms are available in my lovely townhouse in the bayside suburb of Ormond in Melbourne, Australia. I have been hosting international guests since 2014. I enjoy meeting new people and would love to help you to settle in your life in Melbourne, or to provide a temporary accommodation for your visit. You can have a very comfortable queen size bed or single beds in separate bedrooms. The bedrooms are very light and spacious. All bedding and towels are provided. There is hydronic heating in winter throughout the house. There is a bathroom/laundry available exclusively to homestay guests, I have a separate bathroom. You will be able to use the kitchen (fridge, microwave, toaster and dishwasher), laundry/bathroom and a dining area with TV. Car parking off the street in the driveway is available. Internet is available. Anything else you might need - just ask! By agreement I can pick you up from the train station if you arrive after 6 pm. The self-serve breakfast includes cereal, milk and toast with jam/peanut butter, tea or coffee. Dinner can be included in the package for an additional fee. I am working in finance area for many years, but now retrained as Bowen therapist, and run a part-time clinic from my home. So if you have a sore back from sitting in the plane for hours or want to start your holiday de-stressed I can certainly help! :) In my spare time I am a traveller, a keen dancer, a gardener and just a social person who likes meeting people and sharing a good time. I speak English and Russian. I am happy to help with advice and to chat at dinner times but busy during the day. I am a quiet person and will respect your privacy. Room(s): 1. Whisper quiet - away from the street. Hydronic heating in the room, pedestal fan available for hot nights. Comfortable bed for a good night sleep! Capacity: 2 Rates: 500.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: No smoking in the house or within 5m around the house No loud music or conversations after 11 pm - we all have busy days ahead and need to rest :) Payment Method: Please note that I require our guests to pay 25% of the booking total to me in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com). The remaining balance is to be paid on arrival. For bookings over high demand Christmas period (21st December - 5th January) the deposit will be 30%. The deposit paid to me is fully refundable subject to the Cancellation policy below. Cancellation Policy: Full refund of the deposit paid to me if you give at least 7 days’ notice of cancellation.
