CALIFORNIAN BUNGALOW LOCATED 15 MINS BY EXPRESS TRAIN TO CITY

I am looking to house overseas students who come to study English and work here. At present I have 1 Double, 1 Twin and 1 Single fully furnished bedrooms including desk, lamp, bed, bed linen and portable wardrobes. I work in Travel & Tourism and run my own business from home. I have been hosting international students for over 18 years both here in Melbourne & Sydney and enjoy meeting the various nationalities and gaining knowledge of their culture and country. The bus stop is outside my front door and goes directly to Monash Clayton/Caulfield Campus/Holmesglen Tafe as well as there are buses that go directly to Deakin Uni in Burwood. I am 10-15mins walk to Railway/Bus Station which takes 15mins by Express train direct to Melbourne Central CBD. The rates are including 2 meals: Breakfast & Dinner including all bills. Wireless Internet AUD$10 p.w. extra. Single Room: AUD$300 p.w. Double/Twin:(2 persons sharing) AUD$250 per student. If you are under 18yrs old then an extra $30 p.w. is added for Guardianship. The minimum rental is 4 weeks and 2 weeks notice has to be given when you decide to move out. There are no strict rules or regulations except I would ask you to respect my home and culture and I will respect yours. Male or Female students OK. I will occasionally collect students from the Airport but notice is required at least 7 days in advance. The fee for Airport pick-up is AUD $100.
