We have a beautifully presented room with bathroom and a walk in robe for the right female tenant.. With heating, cooling, desk, lamp, internet, TV, queen size futon bed, linen, close to public transport, WIFI internet access, fresh top quality meals , electricity, gas & water all included. The house is always well maintained and is very modern and comfortable. We are a free spirited family of three, and whom maintains healthy values. We are a tidy family, and respectful and responsible. We would be happy to socialise with our housemate and take them on our regular outings. Our large house consists of kitchen, 4 bedrooms, lounge, diningroom, 2 x bathrooms, laundry, entertainment area, etc. We love cooking and are famous for it.
