Ceiling fan, floor-to-ceiling windows and ample wardrobe space. Adjoining bathroom has a large shower, toilet, sink and mirrored shelves. The private living area is very spacious and includes two armchairs, a couch, a desk and large wooden bookshelf. Large glass doors open onto the outdoor dining area and pool. The house is air-conditioned/heated with wireless internet, a 12m swimming pool, indoor and outdoor living areas and a 50-inch LCD TV with cable TV. Large laundry including washing machine and dryer, with outside clotheslines. Fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, stove-top, oven, dishwasher, large sink and large fridge. Ample fridge and pantry space. We have a toaster, kettle, blender and food processor. Parking space is available for two extra cars (one in garage, one off-road in front of house). You will be sharing the house with myself, other tenants, a very friendly dog and a cat. Rates do not include meals or linen, which can be provided for an additional fee.
