You’re spoilt for choice with food from Mary’s iconic burger bar to Rising Sun’s ramen — a cafe and bike shop run by ramen-loving bikers. Roasters, smokers, brewers, growers, winemakers, distillers… indie bookshops and thrift shops; in Newtown, you’ll never be bored or uninspired. Inside our coliving space, you'll find an ensuite, TV plus fully equipped kitchenette with appliances. All bills, WIFI, linen, and coffee are included. You need to bring toiletries and clothes! This coliving also has superb social spaces, with extra kitchen and outdoor room. This little community is perfect for singles or couples. Our Studios Newtown studios start with the Urban, setting the vibe for this modern building that contrasts the neighboring heritage townhouses. Studios are 18m² with standard queen-sized beds, designed with plenty of storage underneath. Every studio has a private ensuite and kitchenette. A select number of Urban’s have balcony options if you’d like outdoor space. Retro studios are 22m² and available with or without balconies with views directly out onto Wilson street’s colorful town-house facade. Studios have Queen sized beds with underneath storage. This studio wouldn’t be retro without a 3-sectioned wardrobe to keep your clothes organized! Enjoy the privacy of your own ensuite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. Courtyard studios offer the largest space in Newtown and open out onto private courtyards. Mezzanine beds mean you can make the most of this indoor/ outdoor space through clever design. Your Courtyard studio has a private ensuite and kitchenette. We welcome people of all ages, as long as they have the right mindset! We love residents who are willing to get involved in the social activities when they can, but we also respect privacy when required!
