I live in a lovely big, modern all female household [except for our male cat]. We are creative, friendly, accepting, open-minded and nature loving. We love cooking, mostly vegetarian, gluten free, have at least 100 houseplants, an energetic kelpie and a sleepy affectionate cat. We love children so would welcome a single mum or dad, if they are OK to sleep in the same room. We prefer women houseguests [except for a single dad with child], The house is 2 storey, 4 bedrooms with 2 comfortable lounge areas, a large tiled courtyard with outdoor furniture and a home gym. The house is in the quiet suburb of Newport, friendly neighbours, lots of huge gum trees, 4 minute walk from Newport Lakes Reserve, short walk to local shops and coffee shops, 15 minute drive to Williamstown beach and 10 minute drive to the West Gate Bridge. Newport station is a 25 minute walk away, or there are busses about a 5 minute walk to take you there. We are happy to pick you up from the airport or station and although we like our own space, we are happy to share meals [for small financial contribution], go for walks and show you the area or the National Gallery, Museum or other tourist attractions. We would love you to enjoy using our kitchen, lounge room, laundry, home gym and outdoor space and clean up after yourself to maintain a nice space for us all.
