Room with ensuite - FEMALES ONLY

I have one fully furnished bedroom with an ensuite bathtub/ shower it's a 7 min walk to moonee ponds station, shops & tram.. I live in the house with my 13 yr old son & my elderly mum who stays twice a week. I'd prefer a female tenant who is respectful doesn't have a big social life as I like a tranquil environment Looking for long term stay tenants 3 - 4 months $210 pw. I'm looking for only a female only tenant no males Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 2) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 840.00 Monthly House Rules: No parties, no drugs, no pets, alcohol in moderation Not too many visitors I have a dog border collie x staffie Additional Info: FEMALES ONLY Local Amenities: Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Park, Local Train Station
