Friendly Homestay in Mill Park

I have a large 4 Bedroom home in a nice peaceful court. Walking distance to bus, Tram and a short bus ride to the train station. In a friendly Court location. . All bedrooms have a desk for student study purposes, large wardrobes. Large Kitchen and user friendly. Walking distance to RMIT university and 30 mins by public transport to La Trobe university. I have been host mum to many students from Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Columbia China etc - within a 12 year period . Love to meet people and always enjoy hosting. A Bond Fee of $300 will need to be paid to me on the day of your arrival. Of course this will be returned when you depart providing there is no damage to my property. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Bedroom 1 Upstairs) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 330.00 Weekly / 1320.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Bedroom 2 - Upstairs) with Shared bathroom This is the 2nd Bedroom Upstairs - Queen Size Bed, with lots of storage including large wardrobe and a nice desk if you need to study. Very light and bright room. Capacity: 2 Rates: 340.00 Weekly / 1350.00 Monthly 3. Double Room (Bedroom 1 Downstairs) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 330.00 Weekly / 1320.00 Monthly House Rules: Females only ... I am very house proud and my house is very clean and tidy at all times…. I appreciate all guests keeping it the same way at all times. I have a list of house rules that will be shown upon arrival - saving water, keeping your room clean etc . Please keep my home secure and always lock the house and the gate when leaving or entering. My dogs (fur babies) are very friendly and love lots of cuddles. All breakages in the home must be paid for by you at the time of the breakage. Advertised price includes daily breakfast (cereal/milk or toast, orange juice, tea/coffee) We can negotiate meal options if required. Please check with me in advance if you would like to bring a friend for a visit, no visitors can stay overnight. No noise after 10pm please. No furniture can be moved from different position and nothing is to be placed on the walls. Lighting of candles or incense is not permitted. Lost keys will attract a $10 fee. Internet is $10 per week payable on arrival. Please enjoy your stay and treat my house as you would your own home! Payment is required on arrival. Payment method for your home stay is bank transfer 1 week in advance of your stay. Please email your photo once the booking is confirmed. Please provide a copy of your passport or driver's license on your arrival. 7 days notice for any cancellation, otherwise we cannot refund you. A bond of $300 is required to be paid on arrival and of course will be refunded on the day of departure provided there has been no damage etc. Smoking is not allowed inside my house.
