Our house is situated on the western side of the city, half an hour metro journey takes you to the heart of Melbourne. We're experienced hosts since 2007. Your room is recently renovated, and there is a fully equipped comfortable kitchen and bath. Excellent fast internet included. You have complete privacy and lockable room. Room is fully furnished with your own TV, good quality, comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, linen, bedding. Room also has it's own split system heating and/or cooling with a remote control for you to use as you like. Quiet house, there is no pet or children. Beautiful big park opposite the house with a creek, lots of birds, and a 20 walk to the beach. The bus stops in front of the house, takes you to the station or the shopping centre in just 5 minutes. We accept male students age 25+ and one week booking is fine with a possible longer stay. Room(s): 1.
