We live in a single story house with 3 bedrooms house ,on leafy avenue with a large front and back garden. Public transport (tram) is a 5 min walk away as is the locality's shopping strip consisting of Supermarkets, McDonalds, Chemists, charming cafes et et. The back garden has a covered patio area, I have been hosting people from all over the world for the last 10 years. We have 2 extra large bedrooms available, one for a single occupancy with a furnished room, breakfast, dinner, laundry, cleaning, internet, electricity costs and heating included at 350.000$ per week. This is available now. We are a happy, fun and muticultural home and eat cuisines from various countries daily to accommodate cultural tastes. The tram stop is 5 minutes away and we re located close to Camberwell, Glenferrie and Box Hill train stations. The Tram ride to the city is 30 mins, via train from Box Hill 20 minutes and 7 minutes from the Glenferrie Train Station. Room(s): 1.
