Friendly, warm and cosy home

Large family home in a quiet suburb in South East of Melbourne I live in a 6 bedroom double storey house in Narre Warren, on the South side of Melbourne with my son who lives with me full time and a dog, Samson. Our home is within walking distance to three local shops in different directions. We have large modern kitchen, dining area and family room where we spent most times. We have a large enclosed pergola and a small garden where we have our barbecue. As you come out of our house, a bus stop is almost at our doorstep. You can take the bus to take you to the train station to go to the city (Melbourne CBD). I love to cook and bake my ethnic dishes (Philippine) so you can enjoy some treat from time to time. Single Room (1sr room with Queen bed) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly House Rules: Do your bed before leaving the house, tidy the bathroom before leaving for others , if you use the kitchen put the dishes in dishwasher if you don't want to wash as dishes in the sink is an eyesore for me (I like my kitchen clean and tidy) as I often entertain friend in the kitchen area. Please keep our home secure and double lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. Please do not invite strangers into our home, if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance. Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home.
