Friendly clean & tidy environment

I live in a brand New town house, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, Laundry with Washing Machine and dryer, Dish Washer, court yard, my home is approximately 2-3 min drive from the train station, couple of metres from the bus stop, approximately 200 metres from local shops and 12km from the City. Very clean home, private bathroom, full air-conditioned and heating and much more. I work as a Logistics manager, I am very family orientated and take pride of my honesty and respect. I love my sport and train very regularly whether in the gym or running. I'm very clean and tidy, don't drink alcohol and really like spending time at home on most occasions. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Large Bedroom) with Shared bathroom Double Room with Queen Size bed, built in robe Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: I have a shoes off policy, I would prefer someone who does not drink alcohol in my home, no smoking inside the house, please do not invite strangers into the home unless I agree, clean up after yourself and what is mine is yours.
