Family environment Mawson Lakes SA

Mawson Lakes is a lovely leafy suburb in South Australia only ten minutes by train to the capital city Adelaide. University SA also has a campus right here 1.5 km from our home. Lovely 3 bedroom home with a spare generous size room for a student with Queen size bed, all linen, desk and swivel chair, bedside cabinet and built in wardrobe. There is ducted air conditioning through the home. My elder brother and I share this home and we would love to experience a home stay student. We are loving and both Christian with respect for those of other faiths. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Guest bedroom) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Keep room clean and tidy and clean up after self in other areas. Visitors allowed but depending on age there may be a time curfew.
