The room is spacious and it comes with furniture. The common area has several kitchen appliances such as fridge, microwave, electric stove, water boiler and toaster. The bathroom is spacious and comes with a washing machine for general use. A heater and/or fan will be provided upon the tenant’s request and on-street parking is available for tenants who are driving.
