This two rooms is facing to eastern, have good view from big window to backyard garden; One single suite bedroom in downstairs, have more private & freedom. All the rooms is available now. The location is very good for traveling to any where.Transportation is convenient. Buses 518, 507, 286, 297 pass by the bus stops in front of the house. The bus stop for the 288 is a 5 minute walk away. Destinations for these buses include direct to City, Top Ryde, Epping, Macquarie University, Macquarie University Station and Macquarie Shopping Centre. Also Macquarie University is approximately 20 minutes by walking from my house. and close to the house is the 545 bus stop, which goes to Eastwood and Paramatta. We sincerely invite clean, tidy, non-smoking tenants, who rarely cook and don't keep pets, to a home with a wide and tidy kitchen area, comfortable and luxurious dining facilities in downstairs. Big bathroom only share with one or two person who stay in single or double bedroom in upstairs. All tenant can use washing machine in laundry. Also can shared the fridge.
