I have two single bedrooms and one twins double bedroom in my house. It take 22 minutes to the city. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1 - Single Bedroom) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Room 2 - Single bedroom) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly 3. Double Room (Room 3 - twin share double bed room ) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 321.72 Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly House Rules: 1. Keep your bedroom tidy and not eating in the bedroom. 2. Smoking is not allowed inside your room or anywhere inside the house. 3. Leave in a clean and tidy status any facilities you use including the bathroom, toilet, laundry and kitchen. 4. Damages - Must report to the home-stay family, any accidents in or about the home and to pay for any breakages or damage caused by you. 5.
