Expressions of interest to move into a cute workers cottage

Looking for expressions of interest to move into a cute workers cottage from the 50's on an acre of land 2 minutes drive to the CBD and 10 minute drive to UQS. Open living and dining room with great airflow and sun exposure accompanied by a large kitchen which has just been fitted with a new stove and oven. The room which is being rented out is sizeable and has carpet. Downstairs offers a large 'hangout' area as such along with storage. Parking options are endless as you can park on the street, out the front of the house or around the back. Backyard is massive with a few trees that add a nice bit of shade. Perfect for a dog. Are some small holes in the fence which are being repaired. The plan is to build a chicken shed and have a couple of chooks The house has great amenities, location and freedom but it is what some would call 'vintage' ???? I will attach photos once the house has been cleaned and broken things fixed! This is just an expression of intrest at the moment! Rent is $300 at the moment just for myself with 50% of amenities paid by the landlord. Internet and all that is covered by me. All that payment and prices stuff can be discussed at a later date I'm an 18 year old girl who is in her second year of studying at the University of Queensland Gatton and works part time. I'm doing a Duel Bachelor if Agribusiness and Sustainable Agricultre majoring in Livestock and Poultry Science. Between uni and work I have a boyfriend who lives in Toowoomba and my family in Brisbane so most weekends will either be spent there or in Ipswich. I have a 6 month old Jack Russell puppy called Sid who is very energetic and loves to chew things so a dog person is a must! I'm a very easy going, fair dinkum kind of person and will only move in with someone like minded. I do love to have a good time whether that be having a couple of mate over or a sneaky rum on a Tuesday but I do prioritise uni and hope to find someone who can find a balance between the two like myself! (Although I'm still trying to find that balance ????) The type of person I'm looking to move in with me would best suit a young student who is easy going and fun. Someone who loves to have a chat every night and won't hide away in there room all the time, likes to meet new people as I will be having a fair few friends over every now and then and doesn't mind to have a good time If you've read this far I would love to hear from you swing me a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can!
