I have a small fully furnished bedroom available in a 6 bedroom 2 bathroom all female only home in Huntingdale. The cost of the room is $120 per week. The cost of the room includes all bills like electricity, gas, water, 300 gig of adsl2 internet and local telephone calls. I also supply liquid hand soap and dishwashing liquid. The home is within 1 minute walk to the bus stop. The bus will take 1 minute to travel to Huntingdale station. The train from Huntingdale station will take 10 minutes to travel to Monash Uni in Caulfield and 30 minutes to the city. The same 900 bus will also take about 5 minutes to travel to Monash Uni in Clayton. The room also includes colour television, mattress and base, desk, desk chair, desk lamp, bookshelf, bedside unit, chest of drawers and built in robes. Room is centrally heated. House is also fully furnished including fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, washing machine, lounge suite, TV in common room, kitchen table and chairs.
