Bungalow available in a warm home

You will live in a part-time family home with a working female (me) and a medium friendly sized dog Pepper - pictured. I have two older sons, one is 14 years old and the other 20 yrs old. I am an artist and teacher and pretty easy going. The house is large, 5 bedrooms, two bathroom, and an additional toilet. The kitchen is large, the garden too, and it can be quite private. There are two rooms for homestay, one inside the house, the other is the bungalow currently advertised it is outside just off the deck. Both are secure. I only take long term bookings over 3 months. The booking includes a fortnightly clean, all bills, a furnished room, as well as breakfast foods: milk, bread, eggs and fruit. It includes dishwashing liquid, toilet rolls, and bathroom hand soap. The location is connected to the local shops (Northlands Shopping Center), gym, and Darebin Creek — The house is very close to La Trobe University and NMIT Tafe. Both can be reached by regular bus or riding a bike. A bus to La Trobe is 5 minutes and via bike 10-12 mins. A bus to the city is 35- 50 mins depending on the day (details below). Driving a car is 30 mins. The furniture displayed in the room is there for your use. It includes a large desk, side light, monitor, queen bed, couch, wardrobe, chest of drawers. My 20 yr old son lives in the house but is often not there, whilst my 14 year old is home every two weeks for two weeks. I am at work or at the studio. JB our lovely homestay studying English is from France is home some evenings, and plays rudgy on the weekends. Buses and Transport. The 251, 250 bus and express 35 leave regularly for Melbourne City from my adjoining street. There are many additional buses to the Preston, Rosanna, Heidelberg and Fairfield train stations. The 86 Tram can be caught from the crn of Murray and Lower Plenty Roads. It is 25 mins to town by car (off peak). I like to ride my bike to Preston or Rosanna station which is 10 mins. This can be made into a double room upon request but the price does increase. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1050.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Single room inside house) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: Be courteous. Quiet entry and exit from private room and bungalow and through the house. No parties. You are able to have friends visit but not stay.
