Hi I'm Steve and I live by myself and run a small business from home . My house is a four bedroom two bathroom with a large garden and internal parking area.There are two rooms available with a single beds ,desk and lamp in both and large cupboards and one with a Queen sized bed . The toilet and bathroom are to be shared. I am keen on keeping fit , so we have some Jim equipment to. I live 3km from Joondalup CBD, there several bus stops close to the house, the closest being 200 metres away. There is also several shopping centre's within walking distance. If you like the sea we are also in the ideal position. I would suggest buying a cheap bicycle if you are going to be here a while. 3×meals a day 1 week $100. Room(s): 1.
