PREFERRED GENDER: FEMALE * 18 minutes walk to Bond Uni * Close to Market Square: IGA, Night Owl, Chinese and Thai restaurant and Hotel CBD. * 1 minute walk to Regensberg CLose bus stop (753, 765) * One bus ride going to Robina Town Centre, Robina and Varsity train station and Pacific Fair. * Very accessible anywhere as the bus here pass every 30 minutes if you're not driving. * Full access to the kitchen and all it's equipment provided that you clean up what ever you have used. * Laundry area is situated near the kitchen. * Fridge is provided for you to use and share with one of our female housemate. * Shared bathroom for two and another toilet is situated near the laundry area. * All bed linens and pillows are provided, just bring your own towels. * Our unit is in front of the Lake Orr so ventilation is really good. * Rental is inclusive of electricity and water bill however you need to bring your own internet stick as the place doesn't have any internet connection. You will be sharing this place with professional nurses who work in Aged Care.
