We live at Paradise Point a 5min walk to the beautiful Broadwater and community Parklands. Plenty to do in walking distance. local bus service close by . Lovely coffee shops and restaurants we have local grocery store butcher fresh fruit and bakery all 5 mins from our home . We have 2 large bedrooms with students sharing a separate bathroom . You can enjoy 2 lounge rooms one dedicated for reading and the other as our tv room . Have beautiful outdoor area to eat out side or venture down in to the garden to relax pick some fruit from our Mango and Macadamia nut trees and enjoy . Adrian is very active still racing motor bikes so more than welcome to join us on these outings . He love surfing running and going to the gym. Room(s): 1.
