Welcome to Your Home Away From Home! You're going to love staying with us! We've got a beautiful double-story house in a new, secure complex with a gorgeous swimming pool — perfect for chilling out after class. Getting around is super easy too: we're only about 5 minutes' drive from the train station, and there's also a bus stop nearby if you'd rather hop on public transport. Plus, we're close to everything — parks, the supermarket, and heaps of great restaurants and cafés just around the corner. We offer a private room, free wi-fi, and laundry access, so you can feel right at home while you study. We can't wait to welcome you and help make your time here awesome! Twin Room (Twin room (2 single beds) ) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 330.00 Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly House Rules: Our House Rules We want every student to feel comfortable and at home with us, and we ask for the same respect in return so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay. Quiet Time: 8pm–7am My husband works very early in the morning, so we keep a consistent bedtime of 8pm. We kindly ask all students to be mindful of noise from 8pm to 7am — this means keeping voices and music low, and no visitors or gatherings during this time. Not a Party House Our home is a calm, family environment. We're not able to accommodate parties or loud get-togethers, and we appreciate students who share and respect this house style. Quick Showers As a household, we ask that showers be kept to a maximum of 10 minutes to be considerate of water and time for everyone sharing the bathroom. Tidy Living We appreciate students keeping their bedroom tidy, and cleaning up after themselves in the kitchen after preparing meals (washing dishes, wiping down surfaces, and putting things away).
