Bright & cheerful near uni/hospital

This bright & cheerful home provides a perfect home-base to visit the uni or hospital (2.5km away). With convenient access from Smith st motorway, it's just 5min walk to trendy Chirn Park with cafes, bars, shops & 4km to the beach. Room(s): 1. Double Room (A la francaise ) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Please be mindful that this is my home... No arrivals after 9pm, and please give me an accurate time of arrival (to within an hour preferably) so that I can plan my days to greet you when you arrive. Smoking is allowed outside only (I have a front and back deck) I do have two dogs who like to get up close and personal. They are both rescues so they lap up attention and affection! One of them is unfortunately not good with children, so I cannot accept any bookings with kids. There is also a bee hive in the garden - the bees don't bother anyone, but just be mindful in case of any bee sting allergies.
