Mount Duneed - Geelong near Surf Coast. Bus stop out the front of the house taking you to the Waurn Ponds Railway Station and a great V Line Train trip to Geelong or Melbourne. Both close to Deakin University Waurn Ponds and Waterfront. There are 4 bedrooms therefore looking at 1, 2 to 3 girls or boys on short term or longer if suits. Mature Age people that need security . Capacity: 1 Rates: 290.00 Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: I like to have rest by 10.30/11pm due to work. Don’t mind if your out and come in later. Neat, tidy in kitchen and rooms. Showers 10 mins due to water. Make sure you don’t leave the lights on when you leave.
