Lovely large brick house with massive sunny private front yard and back yard. There is also a large park directly across the road. Private spacious guest room with an attached ensuite toilet and shower, very quiet, fully furnished with a large single bed and wardrobe. Room and ensuite renovated 10 years ago. Property is located in Frenchs Forest as part of the very beautiful Northern Beaches. The property is in a very safe and quiet residential neighbourhood with close proximity to local shopping malls, libraries and sporting facilities, and great public transport links to the beach, Chatswood and the City. If driving, 10-15mins to Dee Why Beach, 15-20 mins to Chatswood and 25-30 mins to the City. Otherwise, buses are a quick 10-minute walk away with frequent services, often every 10 minutes. Family of 2 with the host retired and mostly spends her time at home. The host’s son visits weekly on weekends and sometimes may occupy one of the other bedrooms for a night. The host is very friendly and likes to keep active with housework so the home is always in a very clean state. The host is also a great cook and relaxes by watching TV and YouTube. The Host is seeking a female guest that can speak Mandarin, Shanghainese or Cantonese. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Guest Bedroom with private ensuite) with Private bathroom Large room with private ensuite, wardrobe (with drawers) and study desk. Large windows north facing so plenty of light. Capacity: 1 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: Smoking of any sort is not allowed. No pets. No parties or other guests. Keep noise to a minimum after 9pm please. Please lock the back entrance door when entering and leaving the house. Other bedrooms and host’s bathroom are all out of bounds to guests. Please help keep kitchen and ensuite areas clean and tidy, by cleaning up your own spills. Please notify of any stained bed linen or towels, so they can be washed. Fresh linen is always available. Please notify of any spills or stains on the carpets immediately. Please don’t wear shoes from outside into the house. Please be mindful of bringing dirt or sand into the house. Host happy to help with laundry once per week. Please notify us prior to having any mail or parcels delivered to obtain permission to use host’s address. Please take care of your house keys. Loss of keys & replacements costs will be billed to you directly. Please avoid food preparation and disposing food waste in the guest bedroom and bathroom.
