I have 3 rooms furnished with bed, study desk and chair, lamps and built in mirror cupboards and free standing wardrobes and lockable doors for privacy which I am happy to rent individually. As the host I do reside at the property however for your privacy and independence I do not have access to the shared space. Guests have their own living space, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and lounge area. At this time there is no access to the back of the property and rear yard. I do not provide meals - kitchen is free to use. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Large room on second floor with good lighting and locks for privacy. Capacity: 1 Rates: 230.00 Weekly / 900.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Room 3) with Shared bathroom large spacious with good view and lighting. Room is on second floor with locks for privacy. Capacity: 1 Rates: 230.00 Weekly / 900.00 Monthly 4. Single Room (Room 4) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1370.00 Monthly House Rules: 1. No additional or multi-persons in one room as I only provide single beds. 2. Guests share their own kitchen, bathroom, toilet. Please be respectful of other guests and clean up after yourself.
