A clean, comfortable and welcoming homestay located close to Adelaide city. It is approximately 20 minutes by bus, with the bus stop only a 1-minute walk from the house. The home is non-smoking and pet-free, providing a peaceful and comfortable environment for international students. On weekends, I’m happy to take students to explore wineries and other beautiful tourist destinations around South Australia, with a reasonable cost to cover the trip. Room(s): 1. Please limit showers to 30 minutes to help conserve water and energy. No smoking inside the house. No overnight guests or sleepovers without prior approval. Kitchen use: Cooking is generally not available. However, you are welcome to make tea or coffee and use the microwave for simple meals. Please respect the home, other people in the household, and shared spaces.
