Located in beautiful Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. We're a Mum and 2 lovely respectful teenagers. Room includes: - Utilities such as power - Internet connection - A king-sized bed (complete with bedding if desired) - A private ensuite with a shower and toilet (towels provided if desired) - A walk-in wardrobe - A desk for work or study purposes - Access to our pool - Air con - Light breakfast You will need a car- off road parking out front. We are 8 minutes drive from Burleigh Beach, and are close to the M1 for easy commute to anywhere on the Gold Coast. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Main room) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly House Rules: Cash on arrival or bank transfer is accepted. It is expected that the room and our home are kept clean and tidy at all times. Please be quiet and respectful and no noise after 10pm. We provide a light breakfast but you will need to provide your own food and take care of the rest of your meals. No, smoking, drugs, or excessive drinking allowed.
